coc revamp save editor Submissions to coc befuddled by editing woes? They may now rejoice. Coc has just updated its backend, and the entire site is now able to be edited. The updated backend makes it easier than ever for you to make changes and offer feedback to coc's webmaster! For those who don't know, coc is a fan-powered wiki with a focus on creating strategy guides for turn-based strategy games like Civilization and Crusader Kings . It's also the closest thing we have that compares to an encyclopedia: you can create articles about almost anything related to PC gaming! For this reason, we're sure that the updated editor will prove extremely beneficial in user contributions. The editor itself has changed very little. It's still the same "drag-and-drop" editor that it was before, so if you've used it before then you won't have any trouble with it. If you're new, then the only bad news is that the old editor will probably be removed sometime this weekend. So if you were used to it, get acquainted to the new one!Anyway, I won't keep you guys longer. Feel free to go create articles or make changes to existing ones! You can do so by clicking here . And while you're at it, feel free to check out our newly updated Wiki Standards & Style Guide . If you have any feedback for the webmaster, then leave a comment here or send him a PM. Additionally, you can message me on Reddit , I'm /u/TheOtherSmeagol . Happy editing, and happy posting! " Note: "Last updated" refers to when I (or another editor) last checked the site to make sure nothing was broken. This is the date+time the post was made. " Note: If there is any information in this post that is deemed incorrect, please let me know in the comments section below. Thank you. Note: Updates are marked in bold text for each game like so: Civilization VI (2015). Keep in mind that there is a new editor on the site that will need to be used. If you are interested in editing this page, please consult the wiki's " How to edit " tutorial found here for assistance. As stated, the only thing that changed is the way method of editing has changed. Now, it should be much easier to make changes or offer feedback to coc's webmaster if your article was created before today's update. To do so, you will just need to edit your article using the normal method that you would normally use to edit if you were on the front page (or any other page). If you are unsure, please consult the " How to edit " tutorial found here for assistance.I will try to update this post tomorrow with the editor. However, I will be back in a couple of days at the earliest. Until then, please be patient! -Smeagol1701 {talk} 10:07, December 17, 2017 (UTC)I didn't want to break the page up unnecessarily since there was no reason to do that yet. Additionally, I thought that placing this info at the bottom would allow people who weren't interested in this info to pass through it without much trouble. cfa1e77820
